TradeLink has been thriving to give customers the best level of services and products at the lowest possible price and the shortest delivery time. Today, I¡¦m excited to tell that the following LLB trims you¡¦re regularly ordering from us and get them delivered from China are now being able to get them delivered from Vietnam as well. Our printing facility there now is up and running!

All trims above are approved by LLB US headquarters in terms of layout and quality. The unit price of them will remain unchanged. With the origin changed from China to Vietnam, factories located at Vietnam or surrounding areas would be greatly benefited due to the shortened transit time. Dear LLB vendors,
Please note that LLB has added new numeric inseams to pant programs with an Alpha size that needs to be printed in the size field of the price tag.
As an example ¡V Men¡¦s pant sizes S¡V XXL may include an inseam of 28¡¨, 30¡¨, 32¡¨ and 34¡¨. Therefore, price tag will include the Alpha size and denote the inseam in the size field.
The merchandise/item description would also include the numeric inseam as noted below.
Example:
This update to the price tag is considered a rolling change.
The corresponding field ¡§Size (Add¡¦l)¡¨ is updated with the new numeric inseams. Please note the change currently will only be applied to below ticket types and ISU Barcode Label that requires the inclusion of the new inseam. Vendors should always ensure information correctness before confirming the order. TradeLink will not be responsible for any contents incorrectness.

The "LLB Canadian Price Ticket Order Form" is updated to ¡§LLB Canadian Price Ticket & ISU Barcode Label Order Form¡¨ to cater for both LLB Jaytex Canadian Price Ticket and also ISU Barcode Label. Vendor SHOULD NOT order the Canadian ISU label separately via Portal online ordering platform.
Vendors could download the updated ¡§LLB Canadian Price Ticket & ISU Barcode Label Order Form¡¨ from portal support page and send to joyce.ho@tradelinkone.com and labels@tradelinkone.com.

Dear LLB vendors,
Please note LLB Price Ticket & ISU Label Ordering can only be processed by Internet Explorer, any other browser(s) may cause data missing / incorrectness. This is also vendors¡¦ responsibility to double check the Price Ticket and ISU PDF preview to confirm the data on the files are correct to proceed before sending the order to TradeLink. TradeLink will not bear any responsibilities of such cases.
Recently there is an issue on LLB Price Ticket and ISU label ordering which the selected ¡§Size (Add¡¦l)¡¨ value missing from the production order.
This is because of the disabled VBScript support by default in the recent updates of Internet Explorer. To fix the issue, please apply below two settings on IE (11 or below).
1. Adjust the compatibility setting to add www.tradelinkone.com to the compatibility view.
2. Add www.tradelinkone.com into ¡§Trusted Sites¡¨ list in your IE, then the problem should be solved.

Dear LLB vendors,
Please be informed of below two changes for LLB Price Ticket and ISU label ordering.
1.Regarding the Canadian Price Ticket Standard:
To accommodate LLB¡¦s new business in Canadian Retail Market, TradeLink offers an order form that is entirely separated from portal for the following trims for LLB Jaytex PO.
Price Ticket : [LLB Canadian] Large Hard Tag
Price Ticket : [LLB Canadian] Large Adhesive Sticker Label
Price Ticket : [LLB Canadian] Small Hard Tag
Price Ticket : [LLB Canadian] Small Adhesive Sticker Label
Since LLB is not transmitting the relevant variable product data on the EDI LLB Jaytex PO at this moment, the order process for Canadian trims is manual. Vendors could download the "LLB Canadian Price Ticket Order Form" from portal support page and send to joyce.ho@tradelinkone.com and labels@tradelinkone.com.
Please verify information correctness before sending out the form. TradeLink will not be responsible for any contents incorrectness.
The "LLB Canadian Price Ticket Order Form" is for Canadian Price Ticket ONLY. If ISU Barcode Label is required for LLB Jaytex PO, please place order via Portal online ordering platform same as LLB US shipments.
2.Regarding the changes to the Women¡¦s sizing nomenclature:
The women's nomenclature change impacted the Size Description field. It is now required to include the size of the garment (alpha or numeric) and the size range for the garment as Regular, Petite or Plus, for women's tops.
For women's bottom's, the Size Description field will include the size of the garment (alpha or numeric) and the inseam as Regular, Petite, M/T or Tall.
Portal has been updated according to the change, vendors could select the size range or inseam in the column of "Size (Add'l)" to supplement if this information not sent with EDI PO.
This change will be applied for Price Tickets and ISU label for LLB Core and LLB Signature POs only. This is a rolling change and vendors can use the prior size for Labels already ordered. For Canadian Price Tickets and ISU label, please refer to point 1 in this notice.

Dear LLB vendors,
LLB is changing the size of the ISU label to 3" x 3" (instead of 2.625" x 2.625"). This is a rolling change and vendors can use the prior size for Labels already ordered.
For any order submitted on or after 2017-11-10 HKT (FRI), we will apply the new label format automatically. Both the lead time and related price will also be adjusted. Should you have any enquiry, please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
